1. Contribution Rules

• Each member must contribute the agreed amount before the deduction deadline
• Contributions are automatically deducted from your wallet balance
• If your wallet has insufficient funds, you will be marked as defaulted

2. Payout Rules

• Payouts follow the rotation order set when the circle was created
• The payout amount equals the total contributions from all members for that cycle
• Members with multiple slots receive proportionally larger payouts

3. Default & Penalty Rules

• A configurable penalty fee (set per circle) is charged for missed or late contributions
• Three consecutive defaults result in automatic removal from the circle
• Defaulted members forfeit their position in the payout rotation

4. Platform Commission

• A commission rate (set per circle) is deducted from the total pool before each payout
• The commission goes toward platform maintenance and operations
• The exact commission rate is shown on each circle's review page before you join

5. Circle Management

• Only admins can create circles
• Admins can pause, resume, and perform emergency payouts
• Members cannot be added after the circle is full

6. Transparency

• All transactions are recorded in the public ledger
• Every member can view their contribution history
• Payout calendar is visible to all circle members
