1. Information We Collect
  • Account details: your name, email address, username, phone number, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Bank details: the bank account name, number, and bank you provide for withdrawals.
  • Transaction data: wallet funding requests, contributions, payouts, penalties, withdrawals, and savings activity.
  • Device data: push notification tokens and basic device information needed to deliver app notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
  • To operate your wallet, process contributions, payouts, and withdrawal requests.
  • To verify funding transfers and prevent fraud or unauthorised access.
  • To send you service notifications — contribution reminders, payout alerts, and request status updates.
  • To maintain circle ledgers visible to members of that circle.
3. What We Do NOT Do
  • We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
  • We do not share your bank account details with other members.
  • We do not store your bank login credentials or BVN on our servers in readable form.
4. Data Sharing

Your information is shared only with: (a) circle members, who can see ledger entries for their own circle; (b) administrators, who review funding and withdrawal requests; and (c) service providers strictly necessary to operate the service, such as our email delivery provider.

5. Data Retention & Security

We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as required for financial record-keeping. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls.

6. Your Rights
  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
