CashFlow Circle is the digital version of traditional Nigerian community savings — known as Ajo in Yoruba, Esusu in Igbo, and Adashe in Hausa.
A group of members form or join a circle with a set contribution amount (e.g., ₦5,000 every week for 10 weeks). Every week, all members drop their ₦5,000. One member collects the total pot (₦50,000). The next week, another member collects, until every single member has taken their turn.
When you create your account, you are automatically assigned a personal Kuda Virtual Bank Account in your name.
Simply open your bank mobile app (OPay, PalmPay, GTBank, Access, Zenith, etc.) and transfer money to that account number. Your CashFlow wallet is credited automatically in seconds! You can also do a direct bank transfer to our company account and send the confirmation receipt on WhatsApp.
Our automated system sends friendly reminders via SMS, WhatsApp, and email before and on the payment date.
If a member misses the cycle deadline, the circle's predefined penalty is applied to their account. If a defaulter cannot complete their drop, our emergency reserve or circle admin replaces the hand so that the collecting member still receives their full lump sum on time.
Yes! If your cash flow permits, you can hold 2 or more "Hands" in a single circle. For example, in a ₦10,000/week circle, holding 2 hands means you drop ₦20,000 every week and you will collect two separate full pots during the rotation.
When you join a circle, you choose or are assigned a position number (e.g. Turn #3). On your dashboard and on the circle's "Digital Ajo Card", you will see a live countdown showing exactly how many rounds are left before your collection. Once your round arrives, the funds land instantly in your available wallet!
Go to Wallet → Cashout / Withdraw. Enter your bank details (or select your saved bank account), choose your withdrawal amount, and tap confirm. Withdrawals are processed swiftly and sent directly to your Nigerian commercial bank or fintech account.
Your money is completely safe. Funds are held in licensed financial institution escrow (Kuda Microfinance Bank / CBN regulated partners). No group leader or member can run away with the money box, and all transactions are cryptographically recorded in tamper-proof ledgers.
If the circle has not yet started, you can leave freely anytime. Once a circle is active, members who have already collected their payout cannot exit until the cycle completes (to protect remaining members). If you have an emergency before your collection turn, you can request an admin member swap.
CashFlow Circle is built as a lightweight Progressive Web App (PWA). It saves on phone storage and works even on weak 2G/3G networks. When you reconnect, your card and receipts sync automatically.
Circle organizers and verified cooperative leaders can create custom circles with customized cycle frequencies (Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, or Custom days). Reach out to our support desk on WhatsApp to get your group onboarded with dedicated community rules.
Go to Wallet > Fund Wallet. Choose virtual account, USSD, or card payment.
A penalty fee is charged. Three consecutive misses result in removal from the circle.
Contact admin for assistance. Early withdrawal may affect your payout.
Check the payout calendar in your circle page for your scheduled payout date.
