Three steps to withdraw
Add your bank accountUnder My Wallet → Bank Account, save your account number once. We verify the account name matches.
Request a withdrawalEnter the amount, pick your bank account, and submit. The app shows you any fee and the exact amount that will land.
Admin approves & paysThe admin reviews your request and sends the transfer. You get notified at every stage: approved → paid (or refunded if rejected).
Good to know
- The amount is held from your balance immediately when you request — so you can't spend it twice.
- If a request is rejected, the full amount is returned to your wallet automatically.
- You can track every request's status (pending, approved, paid) on the withdrawal page.
- Funds locked by an active circle can't be withdrawn until the circle completes.
